Building West Woods

The construction of a five-building residential complex on the west side of campus is well underway. Begun in July 2023 and located on the site of former Yates Hall and parking lot, the West Woods complex will house four dorms (Poplar, Maple, Oak and Pine) and a dining pavilion (West Woods Commons). This transformative project for student campus experience, on track to be completed by the fall 2025 semester, is part of the Housing & Dining Comprehensive Facilities plan to renovate or replace 80% of campus residences.
